1. Donor Privacy & Payment Security
AN-SMILE FOUNDATION treats donor information with strict confidentiality. All online donation transactions are handled via Razorpay’s PCI-DSS compliant secure infrastructure with 256-bit TLS encryption.
We do not store complete credit card numbers, debit card PINs, CVV codes, or net banking passwords on our local servers.
2. Information Collected & Use
When you make a contribution or submit a contact/volunteer inquiry, we collect your name, email, contact number, and optional PAN (for statutory donation receipting and accounting compliance).
We never sell, rent, lease, or trade donor lists or contact information to third-party commercial entities.
3. Ethical Child Protection Policy
AN-SMILE FOUNDATION strictly adheres to ethical child protection standards regarding media publication:
- Prior informed consent is obtained from parents, guardians, or authorized school representatives before publishing photographs of children.
- We do not publish identifiable personal data (such as residential addresses or private family details) of minor beneficiaries.
- Photography focuses on dignity, learning activities, and empowerment rather than vulnerability.
4. Receipting & Tax Records
Donation receipts are minted exclusively after payment confirmation. Receipts include the organisation's verified legal particulars and the donor's transaction details.
